My friends and I have been coming here for a while now so I think it's finally time for a review. Misoolkwan has been in our regular rotation for amazing Korean food and fun drinking spot. The pork belly, beef intestines, and boneless honey chicken are a couple of our favorites. Their Soju cocktails are perfect for a fun night out, before heading to Olympic Golf or Karaoke in the same plaza. Jason took care of us today and he was great. He's super friendly and attentive. For great food, drinks, and a lively atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. Their water is also crazy addictive.

I went here for the first time this Saturday night and I had such a great time! The food was delicious, I genuinely enjoyed the cheese corn, pork belly, and rose Tteok-bokki that came with ramen on the side. The wait for a Saturday night definitely wasn't too bad we waited around 20 mins. I really liked the aesthetic of this restaurant it really has a cool vibe and it's very easy to sit here for a while. We had a couple bottles of soju. The waitlist can be a bit hectic since they don't do a virtual waitlist you have to stand around the restaurant until they call you. They don't text you so it would be nice if they had a text system so you can wander around if the wait is long

This place is always popping at the source. The wait wasn't too bad for an early dinner on a Saturday night, but it seems that the line does grow especially if your party is large. They specialize in pocha or pub eats and have some really good stand outs - with the corn cheese, pork and kimchi and rose tteokbokki being excellent. The items I thought were just ok were the beef intestines and the raw salmon and shrimp. I thought the beef intestines were not the best and other's agreed. The marinade on the salmon and shrimp was great, but I have a bone (or shell?) to pick because the shrimps were not deveined, which then had me questioning if the beef intestines were cleaned properly. Corn cheese was great but I think it could have used another element of flavor such as kimchi. We topped this one with the kimchi that came with our pork belly and it was lovely. The pork belly and kimchi dish was also really good. The kimchi is almost stir fried which really mellows out the flavors. The garlic was cooked to perfection and if you want a spicy kick the chiles are serranos. Lastly the rose tteokbokki did not disappoint. I didn't find it too spicy but I'm also that person who think thai chili is a normal level of spicy. The spice was a little overwhelming for my friends who were not used to spicy food so I got some tasty left overs for the next day. I loved the added bacon and sausages in here and it had a really nice balance of flavors. If you like tteokbokki - this does not disappoint. Ambiance is a bit hectic. You are encouraged to raise your hand to flag down a waiter. Gratuity is included with every party so there's no need to tip (not that the service was good to warrant a tip - we were forgotten most of the meal and I had to flag them down to correct the bill for a drink which never arrived. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. I think this is one of the better establishments at The Source and is worth the visit if you're there. However I do believe there are better ones out there if you're willing to venture out.

Such a fun place!! If you're looking for a quiet spot, this may not be for you. But if you're looking for a spot that plays music as loud as the club, offers fun drinks and food, then definitely a must try. Aside from the place being such an "Instagrammy" spot, we loved the energy, we didn't have to wait too long (4 ppl on a Saturday around 9pm), free parking available, and multiple nearby spots to kill time while waiting. Ordered the: Ice blended Muscat makegeolli (rice wine) Tasty cheesy popping corn pancake Oden udon tang Bone-in honey chicken Bottle of soju Hoping to try the pork belly & kimchi, seafood and green onion pancake, and the garlic chicken next time!

This place quickly became one of my favorite pochas. Love the interior design and ambiance, it is a bit cramped walking between tables if you're sitting in the middle. People will have to squeeze through to get to their seats. I didn't like how 2 halves of the pub were playing different music which was a bit overwhelming. Food was great! The stir-fried pork belly & kimchi, rose tteokbokki were both really yummy and very interesting. Didn't really like the stir-fried spicy beef intestine, I think it was a bit too soft, could've been fried more imo. Pricing is fair for OC, even better if you're used to Ktown prices.
